No ballet experience is needed for this great low-impact full-body workout. Teacher Adina Stuhlman, who also teaches our popular Thursday Ballet Basics class, will lead you in a great workout full of Pilates and ballet inspired toning exercises. She ends the class with a nice long stretch to get you loose and limber to start your weekend!
The class meets Saturday mornings from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Yoga mats and stretching bands are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat. There is a drinking fountain at the studio but you may wish to bring your own water. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes you can move in!
